Arrival and Departure
Plan to arrive at the hotel no later than 12:00 pm, Wednesday, May 15. This will give you time to check in and catch the shuttle to SRS. Shuttles depart at 1:00 pm; the workshop begins at 1:30 pm.
Schedule your departing flights beginning Friday, May 17 after 2:00 pm.
Air Travel
Use either Dallas-Fort Worth International (DFW) or Love Field (DAL). DFW is closer by about 3 miles; the travel time is almost the same, with both airports being a 30 minute drive.
Ground Transportation
You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the airport. The drive from either DFW or Love to the hotel is roughly 30 minutes. We recommend using Uber, Lyft or a taxi.
We will provide shuttles from the hotel to SRS and from SRS back to the hotel on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We will also provide shuttles to and from dinner Thursday evening.

Dress is business casual for all meetings and casual for evening events.
Weather
The weather in McKinney, TX this time of year is really nice. Plan on 70’s during the day and cool evenings. Bring a sweater or light jacket.
